Getting Cousins Moved In

Every Cousin is carefully packed and sent off to their new home as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within a few business days. Once a Cousin leaves the House, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow their journey.

Adoptions Are Usually Final

Because each Cousin is handmade and one of a kind, all sales are generally final. If your Cousin arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll work to make things right.
